The Orkestar planning platform — a monthly S&OP cycle, budgeting and forecasting, board reporting — is in testing with selected companies before it goes on general sale. We run at most five pilot companies at a time, and a pilot seat is €990 a month for a six-month term.
What you get

- Pilot pricing locked for your first year after the pilot, whatever the launch price.

What we ask
- Real use: run at least one real monthly cycle on it, with your own numbers.
- Honest feedback, monthly, by email — what worked, what didn't, what's missing.
- Patience where it's honest to ask for it: this is early software with rough edges, which is why it costs €990 and not the launch price.
How it works
Everything is written, nothing needs a meeting: apply below, we reply by email within a few days, and onboarding is documentation plus a direct email line. If the pilot isn't working for you, you can end it at the three-month mark.
